HOW DOES A WEAK STUDENT BECOME INTELLIGENT?

Either you are a teacher or guardian of a student. Or clearly, you are a student. You might mentally engage with the matters that come your way. Isn’t it?

In some cases, weak students can’t understand they are dull in education. In this case, they blem other issues to skip their faults. 

In other cases, if they realize they are weak, they don’t know how to become intelligent. So we don’t hope for them to improve their education.

Since students need nursing how to develop their learning, who takes care of them?

Unless you find the pinpoint disputed place of a student, healing might be quite challenging. Most of the causes are mental issues. Motivation and planning is the key remedy.

1. Interest

Every student might have unique nature and personal interest in a specific subject such as playing, singing, or gaming.  

Never touch one’s hobby, personal interest, or propensity. 

Developing thoughts on how to run their life with education is our job. Teach them – how is study a  part of a future happy life. 

1. Motivation

How do you motivate academically weak students? 

Students read daily, learn all the lessons, and complete all work. Punctuality, concentration, and discipline are core solutions. 

You advise them, encourage them, and remove their barrier on their way. Interact,  feedback,  and reward on their performance is a way to motivate them. 

1. Encourage

Your first job is to establish high expectations and clear goals in your students’ minds. Develop meaningful and respectful relationships with your students. Listen and affirm their feelings. Encourage and assure them they are capable and strong. Don’t criticize their faults and mistakes.

1. Discipline 

Every student has different IQ levels. Some students have the capability of grabbing fast and memorizing for a long. But no alternation has been in the discipline in student life. People say that discipline is the key to achievement.

1. Remove Anxiety

When students struggle to overcome their worries and fears, they miss out on opportunities to learn lessons, communicate with their teacher, and interact with their peers at school. As a parent or teacher, identify signs of anxiety, the cause of that, and how to remove it.

Student stress hurts study directly. But it comes from mismanagement in your academic life. Cut their overload and let them stay relaxed. Handling stress is not a big challenge, but it needs proper guidelines. 

1. Don’t Give Up

Taking care of weak students sometime might be a long process and almost challenging.  But don’t give them up or stay out of focus. Don’t lose hope. Your hard work will let you go a long way.

1. Be Supportive

Student need helps, especially those who are weak in performance. Advise them to build their aspiration, let them stay disciplined, and organize their study plan. 

Don’t promise students to do something which you can’t able to do. Stay close to them and discover what they need. Remove or lessen their anxiety and stress.

1. Feedback 

Strong social interaction, peer communication, and feedback are desired to improve academic performance for a weak student. Set small goals, let them finish, and show them positive feedback. Thus they will be motivated. Make them be goal achievers.

1. Reward 

Rewarding is a way of keeping students motivated to continue working hard in education. Gradually rewarding should be up. First, rewarding them can help boost their confidence. Then, rewarding them can help improve their skills. As a result, rewarding weak students can help keep them on track.

If you are a parent, you will take care of your children. A parent is a best friend or a teacher of a child. Be patient and keep persistent. Please don’t give them up or stay out of focus.
